Guestbook

A simple guestbook, without SQL, inspired by PHPhulp.
Make a separate folder, put index.php, new.php and counter.txt in it.
counter.txt must contain 100000, nothing more. A 1 with 5 zeros.
Each guestentry appears as a small textfile in this folder

The line with CET is needed for Europeans if the hosting computer is in a different timezone..
